Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please contact our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct return address.
Notes

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day return policy.

If the return is due to the customer (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the shipping carrier chosen.

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item received), the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund:

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
